  • • Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites participating in CNS and psychiatry clinical trials across the Midwest region
  • • Perform all stages of clinical study execution, including site identification, regulatory document collection, contract and budget negotiation, and site initiation
  • • Conduct Study Initiation Visits (SIVs) to ensure sites are fully prepared to conduct the trial in compliance with protocol and regulatory standards
  • • Monitor site performance during study maintenance, ensuring accurate data collection, timely reporting of safety events, and adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and FDA/EMA regulations
  • • Ensure proper informed consent processes are followed at all participating sites, even when site management is primarily conducted remotely
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to support Trial Master File (TMF) management and regulatory submissions for CNS and psychiatry studies
  • • Utilize Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems to track site progress, data quality, and compliance metrics
  • • Maintain strong communication with site staff, sponsors, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure study timelines are met
  • • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and documentation standards
  • • Travel regionally within the Midwest to conduct on-site monitoring visits as required by protocol or regulatory needs
  • • Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching sessions with Line Manager to support advancement toward Clinical Trial Manager roles
  • • Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on accelerating therapies for patients with neurological and psychiatric conditions
  • • Adhere to Worldwide Clinical Trials’ commitment to quality, innovation, and patient-centered clinical research

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • • 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree
  • • Direct experience in CNS/Neurology and/or Psychiatry clinical trials
  • • Must reside in the Midwest region of the United States
  • • Willingness to travel regionally for site visits
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
