📋 Description
- • Senior Clinical Research Associate role supporting critical studies across Mexico as part of Latin America expansion, ensuring patient safety, data quality, and regulatory compliance in clinical trials.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing site management, conducting monitoring visits (pre-study, initiation, routine, close-out), verifying informed consent processes, managing investigational product inventory, reviewing data for discrepancies, identifying and reporting Serious Adverse Events, and mentoring junior staff.
- • Part of Precision Medicine Group’s clinical research operations, working closely with Clinical Trial Managers and Project Managers to support complex trials, maintain audit readiness, and uphold GCP and ICH standards across investigator sites.
- • Opportunity to develop leadership and mentoring skills, gain expertise in rare therapeutic areas and EDC systems, contribute to process improvements, and advance clinical research operations in Latin America.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- • 5+ years of experience as a CRA in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry
- • Significant site management experience in clinical research
- • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a professional English level
