  • • Manage all research activities at clinical sites participating in Worldwide’s oncology and rare disease clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory standards
  • • Identify, evaluate, and select potential clinical trial sites based on site viability, patient population, and regulatory compliance
  • • Perform study start-up activities including collection and verification of regulatory documents, site feasibility assessments, and support for contract and budget negotiations
  • • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) to train site staff on protocol requirements, data collection procedures, and safety reporting processes
  • • Monitor site performance throughout the study lifecycle, including data quality review, source document verification, and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of adverse events and safety-related issues in accordance with regulatory guidelines and sponsor requirements
  • • Maintain oversight of informed consent processes to confirm ethical and regulatory compliance at all enrolled sites
  • • Manage Trial Master File (TMF) documentation and ensure site-level documents are complete, current, and audit-ready
  • • Collaborate remotely with clinical teams, site personnel, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support trial progress
  • • Utilize Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems to track site metrics, data queries, and study milestones
  • • Adhere to all applicable international, local, and institutional regulatory requirements including ANVISA guidelines applicable in Brazil
  • • Conduct regular remote site monitoring visits and be prepared for regional site visits as required by study needs and sponsor protocols
  • • Provide ongoing coaching and support to clinical site staff to enhance data integrity and compliance
  • • Maintain detailed documentation of all monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • • Participate in internal training sessions and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical operations processes
  • • Report directly to Line Manager with regular coaching conversations focused on professional development and career progression toward Clinical Trial Manager roles
  • • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail in all site management responsibilities
  • • Ensure seamless communication between sites, sponsors, and internal teams in English, both written and verbal
  • • Support the overall mission of advancing clinical research to improve patient outcomes in oncology and rare disease populations

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
  • • 4-year university degree OR Nursing Degree
  • • Proven experience in oncology and rare disease clinical trials
  • • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • • Must reside in Brazil
  • • Willingness to travel regionally for site visits
