📋 Description

• As a Senior Product Manager for Verify at Vonage, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of secure digital identity and authentication solutions within the rapidly growing $10B+ CPaaS market, directly contributing to products that protect millions of users worldwide from evolving digital security threats.
• You will own the SDK strategy and roadmap for Vonage Verify, leading mobile app definition and delivery to support verification services, while also driving the roadmap for Silent Auth, SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, Email OTP, and carrier APIs, ensuring alignment with engineering, security, compliance, and carrier partners to deliver scalable, secure, and developer-friendly identity solutions.
• Your day-to-day will involve gathering requirements, conducting user research, and analyzing CIAM and carrier identity trends to identify opportunities in AI-powered fraud prevention, while monitoring the CPaaS/IAM landscape, AI/ML applications, and regulatory changes to inform product positioning and messaging.
• You will collaborate closely with developer experience, UX/UI, engineering, security, compliance, and carrier relations teams to ensure product standards, usability, and strong operator partnerships, applying Agile practices to manage product backlogs and drive cross-functional execution.
• Vonage is a global cloud communications leader trusted by brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat, offering a dynamic, innovative environment where your technical and strategic contributions will directly impact how businesses authenticate users and prevent fraud at scale.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in mobile authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML), carrier-grade identity systems, and AI/ML applications in fraud detection, while growing your influence as a product leader in a high-visibility area of Vonage’s API portfolio with clear pathways for impact and advancement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting, with proven ability to manage product backlogs and collaborate effectively in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with SDKs, developer tools, mobile applications, and authentication technologies such as 2FA/MFA, OIDC, OAuth2, or SAML.
• Preferred: Experience in telecom or carrier environments, exposure to CPaaS or IAM domains, knowledge of AI/ML in fraud detection, and familiarity with regulatory frameworks affecting identity and verification services.
