- • As a Senior Clinical Research Associate in Oncology, you will play a critical role in advancing cancer research by managing clinical trial activities at participating sites across the Central U.S., ensuring compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the study lifecycle.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying clinical sites, conducting study initiation visits, managing regulatory documentation, training site staff on protocol adherence, monitoring ongoing study activities, reporting safety events, and overseeing study close-out procedures—primarily performed remotely with required regional travel.
- • Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global midsize CRO with over 3,500 experts dedicated to transforming clinical research through innovation, quality, and a patient-centered approach, operating in therapeutic areas including Oncology, Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, and Rare Diseases.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in oncology clinical trials, strengthen your project management and regulatory compliance skills, and advance along a clear career path toward Clinical Trial Manager positions, supported by leadership coaching and professional development opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate
- • 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree
- • Required experience in Oncology
- • Residency in the Central United States
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems
- • Willingness to travel regionally as required
