📋 Description
- • As a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in Fortrea’s Flexible Solutions department, you will play a central role in the successful execution of complex clinical trials (Phases I–III) in Germany, working exclusively for one of our key international clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medtech industry.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing all aspects of site management—from site selection and initiation to monitoring, close-out, and documentation—supporting the training and mentoring of new staff through co-monitoring visits, and contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in client-specific working groups and internal projects.

🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Health Management, Pharmacology, (Veterinary) Medicine, or equivalent
- • Alternatively, completed vocational training in healthcare/nursing or equivalent professional experience in clinical research (e.g., Study Nurse, Research Nurse, Study Coordinator)
- • Several years of independent monitoring experience in clinical trials in Germany, gained at a CRO or pharmaceutical company
- • Experience in oncology, ophthalmology, and/or gene therapy or related therapeutic areas
- • Solid knowledge of applicable German and international regulations for clinical trials, including ICH/GCP
- • Excellent communication skills in negotiation-fluent German and good English proficiency in both spoken and written form
