📋 Description
- • Secure and expand clinical placement partnerships with healthcare organizations to ensure students in nursing and allied health programs have access to required clinical training opportunities and successfully complete their education.
- • Coordinate the end-to-end affiliation agreement process between academic institutions and clinical partners, including stakeholder engagement, agreement routing, tracking, and collaboration with internal and external parties to ensure timely execution.
- • Maintain organized, accurate records of executed clinical affiliation agreements, partnership contacts, and all related documentation to support compliance and operational readiness.
- • Ensure clinical partnership information and documentation meet regulatory, accreditation, and program-specific requirements to enable academic partners to place students in clinical training experiences without delay.
- • Partner with Managing Directors and academic leadership to align clinical capacity with program launch timelines, enrollment projections, and clinical hour requirements for workforce-focused healthcare degrees.
- • Support the launch of new healthcare education programs by assisting academic partners in building the clinical partnership infrastructure necessary for regulatory and accreditation approval.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for academic partner clinical coordinators and healthcare organization representatives regarding clinical education models, site capabilities, and partnership development.
- • Collaborate with internal teams including partnerships, healthcare, nursing, and operations to reduce bottlenecks in the clinical placement process and improve student experiences.
- • Work closely with the Regulatory team to stay informed on state, accreditation, and program-specific requirements that impact clinical partnership development and compliance.
- • Identify, assess, and escalate to healthcare leadership any partnership risks, capacity gaps, or operational barriers that could threaten program launch timelines or sustainability.
- • Provide strategic insights to Risepoint’s nursing leadership on partnership trends, clinical capacity constraints, and opportunities to enhance scalability and operational efficiency across clinical education networks.
- • Drive measurable growth in clinical partnership capacity by establishing new affiliations with healthcare organizations in strategically important markets to support program expansion.
- • Ensure healthcare partners experience responsive, professional communication and maintain long-term engagement through consistent relationship management.
- • Track and report on key performance indicators including number of new agreements, agreement cycle times, partner retention rates, and operational readiness for program launches.
- • Contribute to the development of scalable partnership strategies that increase long-term clinical capacity and reduce systemic delays in student clinical placement.
