📋 Description

  • As a Senior Cloud Alliance Manager (Google Cloud) at Apply Digital, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding our strategic relationship with Google Cloud, a cornerstone of our technology ecosystem. This pivotal role sits within our dynamic Business Development and Partner team, where your primary mission will be to foster robust, collaborative partnerships that drive significant bilateral deal flow and ensure mutual success. You will be the architect of growth, building a substantial book of business through our existing strategic Google Cloud partnership, proactively identifying and capitalizing on Go-To-Market (GTM) growth opportunities, and contributing to operational efficiencies that enable scalable expansion.
  • Your responsibilities will extend to working collaboratively and cross-functionally across Apply Digital's diverse organization. This includes close alignment with sales, marketing, delivery, and executive leadership teams to ensure a unified approach to partner engagement and revenue generation. You will be expected to deeply understand the Google Cloud ecosystem, its offerings, and its strategic priorities, and translate that knowledge into actionable plans for Apply Digital.
  • A key aspect of this role involves developing and executing strategic account plans for Google Cloud, identifying key stakeholders within Google and aligning their objectives with Apply Digital's capabilities and GTM strategies. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships at various levels, from technical specialists to senior executives, ensuring Apply Digital is recognized as a preferred partner.
  • You will actively seek out and develop new GTM opportunities with Google Cloud. This includes identifying joint value propositions, co-selling initiatives, and integrated solutions that address critical market needs. Your ability to articulate these opportunities and secure buy-in from both Apply Digital and Google Cloud teams will be crucial for success.
  • Driving bilateral deal flow is a core objective. You will work closely with our sales teams and Google Cloud sales teams to identify and pursue joint opportunities, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing the potential for successful deal closures. This involves understanding deal structures, negotiation dynamics, and the specific requirements of joint pursuits.
  • You will also play a vital role in informing and driving operational efficiencies to scale our partnership efforts. This could involve streamlining processes for deal registration, co-marketing campaign execution, and joint solution development. Your insights will help optimize how we engage with Google Cloud, making our operations more effective and efficient.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the Google Cloud partnership. This includes revenue generated through joint efforts, pipeline growth, deal velocity, and partner satisfaction. Your ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights will be critical for continuous improvement.
  • You will represent Apply Digital at key Google Cloud events, industry conferences, and partner forums. This involves networking, building relationships, and promoting Apply Digital's expertise and offerings within the Google Cloud ecosystem. Some travel may be required to attend these events, particularly within North America (US).
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the cloud computing landscape, with a specific focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, solutions, and partner programs. You should be adept at navigating complex organizational structures and building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You will be a key contributor to Apply Digital's growth strategy, directly impacting our success in the cloud marketplace and strengthening our position as a leading experience transformation partner.
  • You will champion the "One Team" approach within the context of our partner ecosystem, fostering collaboration and shared success with Google Cloud teams. 🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and growing strategic technology partnerships, with a strong emphasis on cloud alliances (Google Cloud experience is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in driving bilateral deal flow and co-selling motions within a partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent understanding of cloud technologies, GTM strategies, and the partner landscape, particularly within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and articulate joint value propositions and develop strategic account plans.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
