📋 Description

• Senior Commercial & Strategy Manager at Midnite Inc., a next-generation sports betting and gaming platform with over 400,000 players, responsible for driving performance insights across the business by tracking, analysing, and communicating key commercial metrics to support growth and retention initiatives.
• Day to day, the role involves owning player and revenue performance views, analysing retention and reactivation trends, cohort payback and LTV, ARPU distribution, and the impact of bonuses and promotions; breaking down performance across sportsbook, casino, and retention levers; evaluating commercial initiatives like free-to-play games, rewards frameworks, promotional mechanics, and market launches; defining KPIs, tracking post-launch performance, identifying drivers of metric shifts, and translating analysis into actionable direction for product, retention, and promotions teams.
• Midnite is a high-performance team operating at pace with high ownership, constant iteration, and fast execution, combining sharp product thinking, bold brand, and data-informed decision making to build modern, intuitive gaming experiences for a new wave of players.
• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in iGaming commercial analytics, master player lifecycle metrics and BI tools, strengthen cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, and directly influence strategic decisions that shape product performance, retention strategies, and market expansion outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in iGaming / betting is essential
• 4+ years’ experience in commercial, analytics, or strategy roles
• Strong understanding of player economics and lifecycle metrics (retention, LTV, payback, ARPU, etc.)
• Proven ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insight
• Strong hands-on experience with data and BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau)
• Comfortable working across multiple teams (product, marketing, trading, finance) with strong communication and collaborative skills
