- • Develop and distribute clear, consistent, and compliant communication materials for the national Gold Card program to ensure accurate and timely information reaches providers and internal stakeholders.
- • Coordinate review and approval processes for all communication materials with subject matter experts, training teams, compliance, and marketing departments to maintain alignment with program policies and workflows.
- • Develop, revise, and refine content to ensure appropriateness, accuracy, and readability for diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- • Monitor and coordinate updates to communication content to reflect changes in program policies, regulatory requirements, or operational workflows.
- • Maintain current knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards governing healthcare communications to ensure all materials are compliant.
- • Collaborate with external vendors to manage translation of communication materials into multiple languages to support diverse member populations.
- • Design, coordinate approval, and distribute internal employee communications to ensure alignment with organizational goals and program initiatives.
- • Ensure all communication outputs adhere to company policies, brand guidelines, and legal standards.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the effective implementation and ongoing success of the Gold Card program.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
- • 3+ years of experience as a writer, editor, or technical writer
- • Experience in healthcare communications preferred
