  • • Spearhead the exponential growth of Razer’s vibrant community across key direct-engagement platforms, including X (formerly Twitter), Discord, and Reddit, by developing and executing innovative content and engagement strategies.
  • • Take ownership of the day-to-day communication flow on Razer’s social media channels, meticulously managing moderation, resolving conflicts, and ensuring strict adherence to community house rules to foster a positive and engaging environment.
  • • Cultivate and expand Razer’s Discord community by actively recruiting, training, and empowering a dedicated team of moderators and volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to support the community’s rapid growth and maintain a healthy ecosystem.
  • • Conceptualize, create, and deploy compelling, timely, and relevant content tailored for multiple social media channels, with a strategic focus on increasing audience size and driving higher levels of engagement.
  • • Develop, refine, and maintain Razer’s comprehensive community and content playbook, establishing clear guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent and effective execution of all community initiatives.
  • • Proactively identify, nurture, and build strong relationships with content creators and influential community members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages the generation of user-generated content (UGC) through targeted outreach and engagement.
  • • Maintain a meticulously organized and up-to-date calendar for all social content, ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders through regular, transparent communication to guarantee timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
  • • Conduct in-depth, ongoing analysis and reporting of owned social media channels, as well as relevant external platforms, to extract valuable industry and landscape insights, translating these findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic optimization.
  • • Identify emerging social trends, gaming-related topics, and pop-cultural references to inform content creation and engagement strategies, ensuring Razer remains at the forefront of relevant conversations.
  • • Collaborate closely with global teams across diverse time zones and cultural backgrounds, demonstrating exceptional adaptability and communication skills to ensure cohesive community efforts worldwide.
  • • Contribute to the development of short-form video content, leveraging an understanding of best practices to create engaging and shareable video assets that resonate with the target audience.
