- • As a key member of the Total Rewards team, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that align with Miro's strategic objectives, ensuring market competitiveness, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining strict regulatory compliance across diverse European markets.
- • Your primary focus will be providing dedicated support for EMEA compensation operations. This involves a deep dive into local regulations, acting as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners (PBPs), recruiters, and hiring managers, and contributing significantly to overarching global compensation initiatives.
- • You will be a central figure in the annual compensation cycle, meticulously supporting its setup and administration. This includes ensuring the utmost accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all compensation-related data and processes, providing critical data analysis, expert guidance, and hands-on support to business partners and leaders as they navigate this crucial period.
- • A significant part of your role will involve conducting comprehensive annual benchmarking exercises. This includes in-depth salary range reviews, participation in industry surveys, and leveraging market intelligence to ensure Miro's compensation packages remain attractive and competitive.
- • You will play an integral role in supporting our quarterly equity review processes. This entails the careful collection of data for new hire and job change grants, as well as providing essential support in the preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee, ensuring they have the insights needed for strategic decision-making.
- • Proactively deliver essential compensation-related data and insightful analysis to People Business Partners, recruiters, and business leaders. This support will encompass detailed job evaluations, the development of robust salary banding structures, and providing well-reasoned compensation recommendations that align with both market trends and internal equity principles.
- • Prepare Miro for upcoming regulatory changes, specifically contributing to the preparations for the 2026 pay transparency requirements. You will ensure ongoing adherence to all relevant EMEA compensation laws and regulations, mitigating risk and ensuring best practices.
- • Serve as the primary compensation subject matter expert and go-to partner for the EMEA region. This involves understanding and addressing unique regional compensation needs, providing expert advice, and actively supporting effective engagement with Works Councils in key markets like the Netherlands and Germany, fostering positive employee relations.
- • You will be empowered to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative compensation solutions that support Miro's rapid growth and evolving talent landscape.
- • Collaborate with global compensation and HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency of compensation philosophies and practices across all regions, while respecting local nuances.
- • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for optimization, presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.
- • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in compensation and total rewards, particularly within the tech industry and the EMEA landscape.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation analysis and program management, with a significant and demonstrable emphasis on EMEA markets.
- • Proven ability to design, implement, and administer compensation programs, including experience with salary structures, job evaluation, and incentive plans. Equity-based plan experience is a strong plus.
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex compensation data.
- • Experience utilizing HRIS systems, specifically Workday Advanced Compensation, for data management, analysis, and program administration.
- • Solid understanding of compensation laws, regulations, and market practices across various EMEA countries, including knowledge of pay transparency requirements.
- • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in all aspects of compensation analysis and reporting.
