- • Own end-to-end management of the global employee benefits portfolio, including annual and quarterly budgeting, cost forecasting, and ongoing financial control to ensure fiscal responsibility across all operating regions.
- • Analyse utilisation trends and vendor performance reports to identify cost optimisation opportunities and support Finance with accruals, reconciliations, and statutory financial reporting related to benefits.
- • Lead all vendor relationships for benefits programmes, including renewal cycles, pricing negotiations, RFP processes, and provider transitions while ensuring adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
- • Lead the design, research, benchmarking, legal compliance assessment, and full rollout of employee benefit programmes in new international markets, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, and HR teams.
- • Conduct ongoing market benchmarking across all regions to ensure the company’s benefits remain competitive and aligned with global standards in fintech and international labour markets.
- • Use market data, employee feedback, and usage analytics to recommend strategic improvements and drive the evolution of the broader total rewards strategy.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex employee benefit inquiries and ensure all statutory benefits requirements are met across jurisdictions, including pensions, local reporting, and mandatory social contributions.
- • Manage the setup and configuration of benefits systems in new countries, ensuring accurate data integration, local regulatory alignment, and seamless employee onboarding.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align benefits strategy with company growth objectives, particularly as the organisation expands into new geographic markets.
- • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international employment laws, tax implications, and benefits regulations to proactively mitigate compliance risks.
- • Develop and implement metrics to track benefits effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and cost efficiency, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- • Ensure all benefits communications are clear, compliant, and tailored to regional contexts, supporting global consistency while respecting local nuances.
- • Oversee the administration of existing benefits programmes, including health, wellness, retirement, and voluntary offerings, ensuring high-quality service delivery and employee experience.
- • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging benefits trends, technologies, and vendor innovations to enhance programme value and employee engagement.
- • Maintain accurate documentation of all benefits policies, vendor contracts, compliance filings, and internal procedures for audit readiness and operational continuity.
- • Act as the subject matter expert on global compensation and benefits matters, providing guidance to HR business partners and regional teams on best practices and regulatory obligations.
