- • The Senior Compensation Sales Incentive Design Professional develops, implements, and administers incentive programs to drive business results and support talent strategy at Humana Inc.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading incentive plan design, creating executive-level presentations, analyzing plan effectiveness, supporting automation of reporting, and collaborating with finance and business leaders to align incentives with financial objectives.
- • The role is part of Humana’s Incentive Compensation team, working closely with compensation, finance, and business leaders to design competitive, equitable, and compliant sales incentive plans that attract and retain key talent.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in incentive compensation design, data-driven decision-making, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to Humana’s mission of improving health and well-being for millions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree
- • Advanced PowerPoint experience
- • 3 or more years of data analysis or analytics experience
- • Previous project management experience managing large-scale projects and prioritizing
