• • You will participate in all phases of client engagements, from issue identification and hypothesis formation to planning and conducting interviews, and overseeing analytical work.
• • Synthesizing complex information from interviews, data, and observations into cohesive presentations that clearly articulate strategy and outcomes is crucial.
• • Working collaboratively within a team environment, you will provide essential input and support to team deliverables and presentations throughout each project phase.
• • For those in Analytics-Focused Roles, expertise in Premier and PINC AI databases is essential, along with the ability to connect diverse datasets to create enriched content for advanced analytics.
• • You will interact extensively with clients, Premier internal product teams, and Advisory counterparts across various service lines, building strong working relationships.
• • Leading the production and quality assurance of client analytics deliverables and providing data-driven insights and solutions will be a primary focus.
• • Specific analytics responsibilities include building and maintaining dynamic, interactive data models based on client needs, leading process standardization efforts, and automating client deliverables and internal tools.
• • You will also be responsible for troubleshooting Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses.
• • Beyond client work, you will contribute to Premier's internal practice development activities, aiming to grow and enrich the Advisory Services Practice and its individual service lines.
• • Continuous learning is expected, including mastering Premier's suite of technologies and services to better serve clients.
• • Maintaining high utilization targets for client billable projects is a key performance indicator.
• • You are expected to create value through meaningful client interactions, insightful data analytics, and active team participation.
• • You will also contribute to practice development by participating in activities that enhance the practice's capabilities and offerings.
• • Identifying market opportunities within current engagements and collaborative networks and communicating potential leads to management is encouraged.
