• • As a Senior Consultant in Employee Experience at Press Ganey, you will partner with healthcare clients to define organizational priorities, analyze workforce and experience data, and deliver strategic recommendations that drive sustainable culture and performance transformation.
• • Day to day, you will lead consulting delivery workstreams, develop high-quality client deliverables, build trusted advisor relationships with executive leaders, and identify opportunities for expanded engagement while ensuring adherence to methodologies, timelines, and quality standards.
