- • The Senior Consultant, HR Advisory role at Brown & Brown Insurance is a strategic, client-facing position focused on leading HR technology and transformation projects for large enterprise clients, driving value through solution design, implementation, and optimization without direct sales responsibility but supporting business development when opportunities arise.
- • Day to day, the Senior Consultant will serve as either the day-to-day project manager or senior oversight lead on client engagements, managing project timelines, facilitating stakeholder meetings, analyzing and assimilating client data, preparing deliverables, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring alignment with client objectives across HRIT, finance, legal, procurement, and HR/Payroll functions.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in HR technology landscapes, large employer HCM-benefits markets, and enterprise change management while building intellectual property, mentoring junior team members, and shaping service delivery frameworks that enhance client operational efficiency and satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 15+ years of overall business experience
- • 10+ years of experience in HR consulting, industry-relevant provider firms in client-servicing/solution architect/implementation roles, or large corporations in HR operations leadership
- • Demonstrated administration/service delivery experience in at least three primary HR domains (e.g., HR, payroll, compensation, talent acquisition) in solution development, technology enablement, implementation, or ongoing service delivery
- • Significant expertise in the large employer (National Accounts) market and deep knowledge of the HCM-benefits provider universe
- • Deep expertise with HR best practices and systems in at least one primary benefit domain
- • Proficiency in MS Office Suite for creating internal and client-ready documents
- • Strong facilitation skills including leading requirements-gathering, process/journey mapping, visioning, and future state roadmap discussions with multi-stakeholder groups
- • Ability to work independently in a virtual environment and deliver significant results
- • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
