📋 Description

• As a Senior Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d), you will actively contribute to demanding HR transformation projects and assume technical responsibility within project implementation, driving impactful change in HR systems.
• Your day-to-day includes implementing SuccessFactors solutions based on functional and technical concepts, ensuring quality through structured testing, documentation, and project coordination, while taking ownership of modules, work packages, or topic areas within project teams.
• You will join a collaborative SuccessFactors team at Mindsquare AG, working closely with Senior and Managing Consultants and the department lead, benefiting from knowledge sharing, peer-level technical sparring, and access to a strong network of SAP consultants across specializations.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors through diverse, cross-industry projects, develop your career via personalized mentorship and transparent growth paths, and achieve professional mastery by solving complex HR challenges in real-world client environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years (approx. 3–5 years) of experience in consulting or implementing SAP SuccessFactors
• Solid understanding of core HR processes such as Employee Central, Recruiting, or Onboarding
• Experience working on complex projects and independently handling modules or work packages
• Clear and structured communication in client settings, with the ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Willingness to travel for projects, with scope and framework agreed upon jointly
