- • Serve as a Senior Consultant within Veeva Systems’ European Commercial Services team, delivering implementations of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions to top global pharmaceutical organizations.
- • Lead end-to-end business process due diligence, design, and implementation of scalable, data-driven customer relationship solutions tailored to the life sciences industry.
- • Drive migrations of customer environments from Salesforce (SFDC) to the Veeva Vault Platform, ensuring seamless transitions and optimized system performance.
- • Act in multiple project roles including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect, and Product Owner/Business Analyst to ensure successful project delivery across diverse client engagements.
- • Collaborate directly with life sciences clients to identify and solve their most critical business challenges related to customer engagement, compliance, and commercial operations.
- • Apply industry-specific knowledge to design solutions that support regulatory requirements and enhance efficiency in drug development, commercialization, and patient outreach.
- • Contribute to innovation in AI-powered and connected customer relationship strategies that transform how life sciences companies interact with healthcare professionals.
- • Work in a high-trust, autonomous environment where initiative and performance directly influence career growth and ownership of outcomes.

- • Leverage Veeva’s industry cloud platform to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and compliance for pharmaceutical and biotech customers.
- • Support the transition of legacy systems to modern, cloud-based Veeva platforms, ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and long-term scalability.

- • Work from home or in a Veeva office (London, Barcelona, Paris, Frankfurt, Berlin) with flexibility to operate in other EU locations as needed.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience implementing CRM solutions in the life sciences industry, particularly with Vault CRM or similar platforms
- • Fluency in English; additional fluency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish is preferred
- • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required for client engagements
- • Experience leading end-to-end implementations as Project Manager, Solution Architect, or Business Analyst
- • Strong understanding of life sciences commercial operations, regulatory environments, and customer engagement workflows
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex migrations from Salesforce to Veeva Vault Platform
