- • Own and advance the Cologix content journey, translating complex data-center and digital-infrastructure concepts into crisp, benefit-led narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers, channel partners and industry analysts.
- • Serve as the editorial quarterback for omni-channel campaigns—crafting long-form assets (e-books, white papers, solution briefs) and snackable copy (social posts, email nurtures, landing pages) that move prospects from awareness to closed-won.
- • Partner daily with Product Marketing to distill new service launches, network expansions and sustainability initiatives into messaging frameworks, competitive battle cards and customer-facing proof points that Sales can deploy with confidence.
- • Conduct quarterly competitive-content audits, benchmarking voice, format mix and SEO performance against Digital Realty, CoreSite, Equinix and emerging edge providers; present findings and recommended counter-messaging to senior leadership.
- • Interview customers, partners and internal SMEs to uncover success stories, ROI metrics and technical differentiators; transform those insights into case studies and video scripts that accelerate deal velocity and strengthen brand credibility.
- • Maintain the Cologix copy-style and tone guide—ensuring every asset, from a 280-character tweet to a 20-page e-book, reflects a consistent, customer-centric voice and adheres to US-English grammar, inclusive-language and brand-standards.
- • Work hand-in-hand with graphic design, web and demand-gen teams to storyboard interactive infographics, pillar pages and ABM microsites that lift engagement, dwell time and conversion rates across priority verticals (cloud, content, financial services).
- • Leverage AI-enabled content-optimization tools to A/B-test headlines, CTAs and email subject lines; analyze performance dashboards (HubSpot, Google Analytics, PathFactory) and iterate rapidly to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline attribution.
- • Manage an editorial calendar that balances always-on nurture streams with tent-pole moments—new market openings, analyst reports, industry events—while hitting aggressive deadlines and coordinating reviews across Legal, Product and Executive teams.
- • Provide on-site and virtual event support: develop session abstracts, speaker prep decks, booth signage and post-show nurture tracks that extend the life of every tradeshow, webinar and customer advisory board investment.
- • Champion continuous learning—monitor SEO, SMO and content-marketing best practices; pilot emerging formats such as interactive ROI calculators, podcast mini-series and LinkedIn Live Q&As to keep Cologix ahead of the conversation curve.
- • Mentor junior writers and cross-functional contributors through constructive feedback, peer-editing sessions and knowledge-share workshops that elevate overall content quality and speed-to-market across the global Marketing organization.
