Senior Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• • Senior Contracts Manager responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial and data privacy agreements with customers and vendors, reporting directly to the Assistant General Counsel, Contracts.
• • Day-to-day duties include analyzing and interpreting complex contract provisions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, reviewing and revising agreements, assisting with RFP/RFI responses, managing contract workflow from request to signature, and completing legal department projects.
