📋 Description
- • A Senior Contracts Manager at Pluralsight is a strategic role focused on driving value, mitigating enterprise risk, and leading all procurement-related contracting needs, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, interpreting, and negotiating complex commercial and data privacy agreements; coordinating with cross-functional teams; reviewing and revising contracts to adhere to internal policies; owning and optimizing end-to-end contract workflows using CLM tools like LinkSquares and Zip; and completing projects as directed by the legal department.
- • The role sits within Pluralsight’s legal and procurement functions, partnering closely with procurement, legal, security, and privacy teams to streamline contract processes and support enterprise-wide risk management.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise contracting, data privacy regulations (including GDPR), cybersecurity considerations in vendor agreements, and contract lifecycle management systems, while enhancing your negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 8 years of related experience, or 6+ years with an advanced degree
- • Extensive experience managing contracts including drafting and negotiation in a corporate environment
- • Experience with contract management systems such as LinkSquares or Zip, and electronic signature tools like DocuSign
- • Experience partnering with legal, security, and privacy teams, including knowledge of data privacy rules (GDPR), cybersecurity, and AI-related contract issues
- • Prior experience working in a SaaS or highly regulated industry is preferred
- • Master’s Degree or Juris Doctor is helpful but not required
