- • As a Senior Core Partner Development Manager at HubSpot, you will drive sales growth through marketing agencies, consultants, and systems integrators across India, playing a vital role in expanding HubSpot’s market presence and revenue via strategic partner ecosystems.
- • Day to day, you will lead a portfolio of 15-25 small to medium-sized service-based partners, co-developing strategies to exceed shared sales targets, influencing decision-makers, building trust, and acting as a bridge between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering) to drive joint selling, enablement, and innovation.
- • You will join HubSpot, a leading AI-powered CRM platform trusted by scaling companies globally, where culture is rooted in HEART values (Humble, Empathetic, Adaptable, Remarkable, Transparent) and employees are empowered to do their best work through clarity, ownership, and trust.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience in partner development, channel sales or business development, ideally within a tech environment
- • 3+ years experience working with technology platforms, with strong technical proficiency
- • Proven ability to build and scale joint sales strategies and initiatives in cross-functional environments
- • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers
- • Experience owning or contributing to partner-sourced pipeline targets, across both net new and existing customers
- • Ability to engage partners to generate pipeline and support deal execution
