- ⢠As Senior Corporate Counsel reporting directly to the CFO, you will serve as a strategic legal partner to Worldlyâs executive leadership, playing a pivotal role in enabling the companyâs mission to drive transparency and sustainability across global supply chains through high-impact commercial and corporate transactions.
- ⢠You will lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreementsâincluding customer, vendor, partnership, and strategic contractsâensuring alignment with financial, operational, and risk objectives while representing Worldly in negotiations with Fortune 500 companies and global brands.
- ⢠Your day-to-day responsibilities will include independently negotiating with sophisticated counterparties, advising on M&A activities from due diligence through post-acquisition integration, managing external counsel across jurisdictions, and developing scalable contract templates and playbooks to support rapid growth.
- ⢠You will partner with the CFO and executive team to assess legal risk, structure high-stakes deals, and deliver business-forward solutions that balance legal rigor with speed and scalability, directly influencing revenue recognition, billing practices, and enterprise risk management.
- ⢠Over time, you will have the opportunity to expand your scope into intellectual property, data governance, and regulatory compliance, building expertise in adjacent legal domains as Worldly scales its platform and global footprint.

đŻ Requirements
- ⢠J.D. from a highly regarded law school
- ⢠4-8 years of total legal experience, including 2+ years at a top-tier law firm (Am Law 20â30 or equivalent) with corporate/commercial focus and 2+ years of in-house experience at a fast-growing technology or global company
- ⢠Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements independently with senior legal and business stakeholders at Fortune 500 and global enterprise levels
