📋 Description
- • Senior Creator Ecosystem Manager – Binance Square: This role is pivotal in scaling Binance Square, Binance’s social and content platform, by cultivating and managing a vibrant creator ecosystem that drives user engagement, content quality, and platform growth across Asia and globally.
- • Day to day, the role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing top-tier creators across crypto, finance, education, and lifestyle niches; developing creator programs and incentive structures; collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, community) to align creator initiatives with platform goals; monitoring creator performance and content impact; and providing strategic guidance to help creators grow their audience and monetization potential on Binance Square.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or community building within tech, crypto, or media platforms
- • Strong understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency landscape, including creator monetization models
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage and retain diverse creator talent
- • Experience designing and executing creator programs, incentives, and content campaigns
- • Ability to analyze creator performance metrics and translate insights into strategic actions
- • Based in Asia or willing to work across Asian time zones with fluency in English; additional Asian languages a plus
