- • As a Senior Credit Analyst in New Verticals at Wayflyer, you will play a critical role in assessing the creditworthiness of emerging and existing eCommerce businesses to support the company’s mission of empowering growth through fast, data-driven financing.
- • Day to day, you will analyse financial and non-financial data of customers, quantify risks in eCommerce funding, support customer calls to understand business needs, collaborate with management on new processes and products, and partner with sales and operations teams to strengthen customer relationships.
- • Wayflyer is a fast-growing fintech that has deployed over $5bn since 2020, backed by Tier 1 banks, and operates with a hybrid model across global hubs in Dublin, London, Sydney, Charlotte, and remote teams across the US and Europe.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in credit risk analysis and portfolio management, gain exposure to cross-functional leadership, and develop skills in financial modelling, stakeholder communication, and product innovation within a high-impact, ambitious environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a finance-related role
- • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or Computer Science
- • Ability to analyse and understand financial reporting such as management accounts or financial models
- • Comfortable leading internal and external meetings and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
- • Interest in credit risk analysis and portfolio management
- • Experience with MS Excel and/or SQL
