  • • Lead the execution of CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels using Braze, including email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, and WhatsApp.
  • • Configure and customise Braze platforms to implement client-approved strategies, customer journeys, and campaign plans.
  • • Build, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns leveraging segmentation, personalisation, and automation capabilities within Braze.
  • • Collaborate with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and clients to ensure seamless alignment between strategic objectives and campaign execution.
  • • Manage and analyse customer data to inform campaign performance, audience targeting, and optimisation decisions.
  • • Conduct quality assurance (QA) on campaigns, integrations, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and delivery quality.
  • • Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate clear, actionable reports with insights and recommendations for clients.
  • • Serve as a trusted client partner by translating business requirements into effective, scalable CRM solutions.
  • • Stay current with Braze platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends in customer engagement to enhance client outcomes.
  • • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, campaign execution workflows, and platform utilisation across the team.
  • • Work within a modern Martech ecosystem to deliver high-impact CRM programmes that drive measurable business results.
  • • Operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ownership, collaboration, and cross-functional contribution are essential to success.
  • • Engage with global teams across Europe and the US to deliver client projects with consistency and excellence.
  • • Apply strong attention to detail in QA of campaigns, data integrations, and documentation to maintain high standards of delivery.
  • • Maintain proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving in dynamic client and agency settings.
  • • Contribute to team-wide initiatives aimed at improving platform efficiency, campaign effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement roles
  • • Strong hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
  • • Proven experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys
  • • Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles
  • • Experience working with customer data, relational databases, and campaign performance reporting
  • • Excellent attention to detail, including QA of campaigns, integrations, and documentation
