📋 Description

  • • As a Senior CRM Manager at WellTech Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving first-time subscription conversions for the Yoga-Go application by owning the end-to-end lifecycle of lead remarketing and automated communication programs. Your strategic execution will directly impact user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value, helping WellTech fulfill its mission of guiding millions toward lifelong wellness through innovative digital health solutions.
  • • You will design, implement, and continuously optimize data-driven CRM journeys that align with user behavior and funnel stages, ensuring high-intent leads receive timely, personalized messaging that converts interest into paid subscriptions. This role is central to scaling WellTech’s growth in a competitive wellness market by turning engagement into sustainable revenue streams.
  • • You will lead the creation of high-impact, personalized campaigns that articulate Yoga-Go’s unique value proposition and address psychological and practical barriers to subscription. This includes developing compelling narratives, coordinating with creative and content teams, and ensuring messaging consistency across email, push, in-app, and other touchpoints to maximize conversion potential.
  • • You will establish and manage a rigorous test-and-learn framework to experiment with offers, messaging formats, creative concepts, and segmentation strategies. By partnering closely with the Analytics team, you will measure impact on key metrics such as conversion rate, rebill, churn, and LTV, then use insights to iterate and improve campaign performance over time.
  • • You will serve as the primary CRM liaison between the Yoga-Go product team and cross-functional stakeholders in Monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics. Your collaboration will ensure alignment between lifecycle campaigns, paywall strategies, in-app experiences, and brand guidelines, creating a cohesive user journey from first touch to long-term engagement.
  • • You will lead bi-weekly performance reviews to track campaign health, surface blockers, and share actionable insights with leadership. Through monthly KPI deep dives with Analytics, you will analyze how content, creative, and messaging variations influence subscription behavior, enabling data-informed decisions that optimize the entire customer lifecycle.
  • • You will maintain rigorous standards for email deliverability by monitoring sender reputation, inbox placement, spam rates, bounce categories, and engagement signals. Your expertise will ensure that communications consistently reach users’ inboxes, preserving sender health and maximizing the effectiveness of every campaign.
  • • You will mentor and elevate the CRM function by documenting best practices, sharing learnings across teams, and fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help build a scalable, high-performing lifecycle marketing engine that supports WellTech’s rapid global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5–7 years of proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, with a track record of driving subscription conversions in product-led or high-growth environments.
  • • Hands-on expertise with Braze, Iterable, or comparable ESPs, including advanced segmentation, event-based triggering, journey building, and A/B testing capabilities.
  • • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel performance, subscription behavior, and engagement data to derive actionable strategies and clear narratives for stakeholders.
  • • Demonstrated success collaborating closely with content, copywriting, and creative teams to develop cohesive, value-driven messaging frameworks.
  • • Deep understanding of email deliverability best practices, including monitoring sender reputation, inbox placement, spam rates, bounce types, and domain health to maintain high inbox placement rates.
  • • Experience working in subscription-based or wellness-focused companies, preferably with exposure to mobile apps and consumer health products.
