📋 Description
- • As a Senior CRM Marketing Manager at auxmoney GmbH, you will lead the strategy and execution of customer retention and engagement campaigns to drive repeat business and increase customer lifetime value in a fast-growing fintech environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing automated email, SMS, and push notification campaigns; analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance; segmenting audiences for personalized messaging; collaborating with product, data, and design teams; and continuously testing and improving CRM flows to boost conversion and retention.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in CRM marketing, email marketing, or retention marketing with a focus on automation and segmentation
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, or Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and derive insights
- • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or similar
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including product, data, and design
- • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
