- • As a Senior CRM Strategist at RevenueCat, you will be one of the first members of a cross-functional growth advisory team focused on helping mobile app developers improve retention and monetization through data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies.
- • You will work directly with customers to audit their CRM setups, design engagement frameworks, and connect RevenueCat’s subscription data to platforms like Braze, Iterable, and OneSignal to enable timely, personalized messaging that reduces churn and increases LTV.
- • You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Advocacy teams to turn real-world customer insights into scalable playbooks, public content, and product improvements that benefit thousands of developers.
- • This role combines hands-on strategy work with thought leadership — you’ll run workshops, build campaigns, measure impact, and become a trusted voice in mobile lifecycle marketing while helping shape how RevenueCat serves its growing customer base.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile lifecycle marketing or CRM, with significant focus on subscription apps and ownership of retention and LTV targets
- • Deep working knowledge of leading mobile CRM platforms (Braze, Iterable, OneSignal, CleverTap, Customer.io, Airship) and experience building complex multi-step campaigns
- • Proven ability to design and measure lifecycle experiments, including A/B testing and holdout group analysis to isolate incremental impact
- • Strong understanding of mobile engagement landscape including push notification best practices, in-app messaging, email, and privacy impacts like iOS opt-in rates
- • Strong customer-facing communication skills — able to lead workshops, write async briefs, and present strategies to executives
- • Experience working in a remote-first, asynchronous environment across multiple time zones
