📋 Description

• Senior Customer Marketing Manager role focused on building and leading the customer marketing function from the ground up at Wrapbook, a fast-growing payroll and accounting platform for production teams.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing customer lifecycle strategy, managing customer communications (email and in-product), designing and executing community engagement strategies, building and managing the Customer Advisory Board, and collaborating with Product, Product Marketing, Client Operations, and executive leadership to drive adoption, retention, and advocacy.
• Wrapbook is a remote-first company with 250+ employees across the US and Canada, backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and WndrCo, serving entertainment and production companies with a unified payroll platform that connects production, accounting, cast, and crew.
• The role offers the opportunity to own a high-impact function end-to-end, use data and AI to improve marketing efficiency, shape customer experience from onboarding to advocacy, and develop expertise in lifecycle marketing, community building, and AI-driven marketing operations within a fast-moving, distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling a customer marketing function
• Strong command of lifecycle marketing strategy, including segmentation, journey mapping, and multi-channel campaign execution
• Hands-on experience with customer communication platforms (email, in-product messaging) and marketing automation tools
• Proven ability to run a Customer Advisory Board or similar structured customer engagement program
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define success metrics, analyze performance, and iterate quickly
