- • Provides professional, accurate, courteous, and timely support and guidance to internal business partners and end clients, delivering a memorable positive experience as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- • Builds effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders by providing professional, accurate and courteous service in a timely manner; identifies, researches and analyzes account-related issues to provide insight, recommendations, and determine next steps.
- • Acts as a liaison coordinating with various areas to effectively satisfy requests or customer concerns in a timely fashion; notifies and provides regular updates on operational issues to business partners.
- • Completes complex and diverse tasks within given rules/limits, may handle escalations from other employees, ensures Incident Management Processes are followed, and organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- • Supports change management of varying scope and type, executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives including tracking metrics and milestones, and keeps up to date on new initiatives and processes.

- • Completion of, or enrollment in, the IFIC Funds course or the CSC considered an asset
