📋 Description
- • As a Senior Customer Service Representative at Genworth Financial, you will serve as a trusted ally for policyholders navigating Long Term Care insurance, providing compassionate, accurate support during critical moments in their aging journey.
- • Day to day, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, process policy transactions like address changes and stop payments, navigate multiple systems while on calls, de-escalate complex issues, and maintain accurate account documentation to ensure timely resolution and exceptional service.
- • You will join Genworth’s Operations team within Policyholder Services and Long Term Care Claims, a mission-driven organization guided by values of humanity, collaboration, execution, and continuous improvement, where authenticity and inclusion are foundational to serving millions of customers.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Long Term Care insurance, strengthen leadership and problem-solving abilities, contribute to service improvements, and grow professionally through training, mentorship, and opportunities to champion customer experience initiatives.
