  • • Own end-to-end customer onboarding and rollout plans for enterprise customers adopting Coder’s AI software development platform, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to implementation
  • • Guide customers through adoption by removing technical and operational blockers, aligning platform capabilities with their engineering goals, and accelerating time-to-value
  • • Engage directly with technical teams, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders to understand use cases, challenges, and success metrics, providing tailored guidance and best practices
  • • Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with Sales to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives based on usage patterns and customer needs
  • • Manage renewal cycles and forecasting for enterprise accounts, ensuring timely contract commitments and high retention rates through data-driven customer health assessments
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issues, coordinating internally with Support, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical and operational concerns
  • • Monitor and analyze customer health and usage metrics to detect risks and opportunities, then communicate insights through regular reporting to internal stakeholders and customers
  • • Develop deep expertise in Coder’s self-hosted AI Development Environment, including its policy-driven security controls, CI/CD integrations, and agentic AI agent framework, to support global customer coverage
  • • Partner with Product teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements, advocating for customer needs across cross-functional initiatives
  • • Maintain consistent communication with customers through structured check-ins, milestone reviews, and proactive outreach to reinforce value delivery and build long-term trust
  • • Stay current on industry trends in DevOps, platform engineering, AI coding agents, and the software development lifecycle to provide informed, forward-looking advice to customers
  • • Work closely with Sales during post-sale handoffs to ensure continuity, alignment on expectations, and unified customer experience from acquisition through retention
  • • Leverage industry-standard Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Totango, Gainsight, Pylon) to track engagements, manage workflows, and report on key performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years in software/SaaS sales and/or customer success, with enterprise experience preferred
  • • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, developer tools, coding agents, platform engineering, CI/CD, and the SDLC
  • • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other industry-standard CS platforms
  • • History of building strong relationships across executive, business, and technical stakeholders
  • • Consistent internal advocacy for customers and the ability to provide actionable feedback for Product and cross-functional teams
  • • High EQ with strong verbal communication and technical writing skills
