  • • Serve as the primary post-sales technical advisor for a portfolio of high-value customers across ANZ, guiding them through adoption, expansion, and advocacy of the NodeZero™ platform.
  • • Deliver technical onboarding and enablement to ensure customers effectively use advanced NodeZero features including Tripwires, Insights, and Rapid Response to realize maximum cybersecurity value.
  • • Build and cultivate technical champions among security leaders—from analysts to CISOs—by aligning platform capabilities with their organizational goals and security objectives.
  • • Partner directly with IT and Security teams (SOC, red/blue teams, AppSec) to interpret pentest results, prioritize remediation efforts, and advise on long-term offensive security strategy.
  • • Proactively identify customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their cybersecurity posture and improve their experience with NodeZero.
  • • Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to drive customer retention and growth by identifying expansion opportunities, aligning on account strategy, and ensuring seamless renewal processes.
  • • Act as the voice of the customer by gathering and relaying product feedback, technical issues, and usage patterns to Product, Engineering, and Support teams to influence platform evolution.
  • • Conduct regular customer check-ins and quarterly business reviews to align on strategic goals, secure executive buy-in, and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
  • • Develop and contribute to documentation, training materials, and repeatable success playbooks to scale technical customer success across the ANZ region.
  • • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer health metrics, touchpoints, and engagement history using internal CS platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Support to resolve customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
  • • Drive adoption of NodeZero across diverse customer segments including government agencies, educational institutions, Global 100 enterprises, MSSPs, and MSPs.
  • • Translate complex cybersecurity findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • • Support the scaling of customer success operations by refining processes and contributing to regional strategy in a fast-growing SaaS cybersecurity environment.
  • • Travel up to 5% of the time to support customer engagements, though the role is fully remote with base in Canberra, Australia.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS cybersecurity environment
  • • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and principles; preference for certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP
  • • Deep understanding of enterprise security, cloud environments, or offensive security operations
  • • Experience managing a book of business with revenue targets (ARR, NRR, GRR)
  • • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and JIRA
  • • Startup or high-growth company experience with comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
