• • As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Eye Security, you will take full ownership of a diverse and strategic customer portfolio from day one, driving long-term value and retention for enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions across Europe.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading and building customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, advocating for customer needs internally, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams, and using data to inform success strategies and health metrics.
• • Eye Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity scale-up headquartered in The Hague, combining cutting-edge technology with embedded cyber insurance to protect organizations across Europe, backed by a team of experts from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in Customer Success frameworks, lifecycle management, and value realization while shaping the customer journey end to end, influencing product direction, and contributing to team scalability and process improvement in a high-impact, mission-driven environment.
