- • As a Senior Customer Success Operations Manager at MagicSchool Inc., you will serve as the analytical backbone of the Customer Success organization, owning and scaling the systems, data, and processes that drive retention, expansion, and team performance in a fast-growing AI-powered education platform serving over 7 million teachers globally.
- • You will own and administer the CS tech stack—including Salesforce CRM—ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and tool adoption so teams spend less time on manual work and more time with customers; design and execute complex cross-functional systems like the self-serve renewal platform for digital partners; build and maintain reporting infrastructure for real-time visibility into retention and expansion; and lead cross-functional programs across CS, Sales, Product, and Support to ensure alignment and accountability.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related SaaS field
- • Proven track record of owning and improving CRM systems (Salesforce) with impact on data quality, workflow efficiency, or team adoption
- • Proven track record of leading cross-functional planning cycles (capacity modeling, headcount, OKRs) with measurable outcomes
- • Proven track record of building reporting infrastructure and using data analysis to influence strategic leadership decisions
- • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including workflows, custom objects, and automations—ideally with admin certification
- • Proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Sigma) for building reliable reporting and translating data into actionable insights
