📋 Description
- • Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant (part-time) role at Enavate, a Microsoft Gold Partner delivering tailored business solutions to SMBs, focusing on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform implementations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on business needs, designing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys, building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, supporting integrations, participating in full lifecycle delivery (requirements to post-go-live), troubleshooting issues, collaborating with architects and developers, contributing to documentation, and supporting pre-sales activities when needed.
- • Enavate is a US-based IT company and Microsoft Gold Partner specializing in ERP, cloud services, and managed services, with a mission to transform how businesses operate through technology, innovation, and client success; the role reports to the CE & PP Practice Leader within the Client Delivery POD and is remote-based in the United States with up to 25% travel.
- • The consultant will deepen expertise in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, gain experience across multiple client engagements, develop advisory and solution design skills, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and have potential to expand from part-time to full-time based on performance and project needs.
