📋 Description

• Senior Data Engineer role focused on building and scaling Wagmo's data infrastructure to power business growth and pet health innovation
• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture in BigQuery; define and implement dbt transformations; ensure data quality and reliability through validation, monitoring, and documentation
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver clean, accessible data; translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders; lead projects from scoping to delivery
• Opportunity to mentor junior data talent, establish engineering best practices, and build a data foundation that supports Wagmo's growth from startup to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering with experience owning production-grade pipelines and data warehouse solutions, preferably in high-growth SaaS or consumer tech
• Expertise in Python and SQL
• Deep dbt experience on BigQuery (or similar)
