- • As a Senior Data Product Manager at Ravio Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s data product strategy, transforming complex data into actionable insights and scalable capabilities that directly support the mission of helping companies get compensation right. This role is critical to Ravio’s growth, as you will own key data-driven areas of the product, ensuring that data is not only accurate and reliable but also delivers measurable business value across customer outcomes and internal decision-making.
- • You will be responsible for building impactful end-to-end data products, starting from raw data and orchestrating its transformation, management, and delivery to create value for both customers and the business. This includes collaborating closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering teams to design scalable, reliable data systems that support product innovation and performance. You will also work to improve data practices by establishing best practices for experimentation, measurement, and data-informed decision-making across the product organisation, fostering a culture of rigor and continuous learning.
- • Operating in a fast-growing startup environment, you will thrive in ambiguity by making informed product decisions, validating assumptions through experimentation, and learning quickly from results. Your role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership to identify how Ravio’s data capabilities can unlock business value and support customer outcomes. As an early team member and the first Senior Data Product Manager, you will have a significant influence on the company’s direction, help shape a best-in-class product from the ground up, and contribute to building a strong, collaborative culture within the tech team and wider organisation.
- • Ravio is a mission-driven company focused on ensuring fair and transparent compensation practices globally. By joining Ravio, you will help build a product that directly impacts how people are paid, promoting equity and transparency in the workplace. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of data-driven products in a rapidly scaling company backed by top-tier investors, while working alongside a smart, humble, and ambitious team that values ownership, trust, and continuous growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in data product management, gain hands-on experience in building data systems from scratch in a high-growth startup, and strengthen your ability to bridge technical and business domains. You will learn how to translate complex data challenges into strategic opportunities, drive product-led growth through data, and make tangible contributions to both product strategy and company culture—positioning you for long-term impact and career advancement in the data and product leadership space.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on data products, data platforms, or data-driven features
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product Engineering teams
- • Strong product thinking combined with data fluency—ability to understand technical constraints and translate business needs into data solutions
- • Experience establishing data practices for experimentation, measurement, and data-informed decision-making
- • Comfort navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and learning rapidly through iteration
- • Track record of partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing) to deliver business outcomes
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary range of £85,000 - £115,000
- • Company ownership through meaningful equity stakes for all employees
- • 37 days of paid time off annually (25 days holiday + 4 wellness days + 8 public holidays)
- • Private healthcare cover with AXA on a medical history disregarded basis
- • £60 monthly wellness allowance and £500 annual Learning and Development budget
- • 16 weeks fully paid birthing parent leave, followed by 4 weeks at 50% pay; 8 weeks fully paid leave for non-birthing parents
