- • In this pivotal role as a Senior Data Scientist, you will be the driving force behind the development and deployment of sophisticated machine learning models. These models will not only fuel product innovation but also unlock critical business insights across our diverse portfolio of emerging startups. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire data science lifecycle, demanding a comprehensive approach from the initial stages of exploratory data analysis and meticulous feature engineering to the robust deployment and vigilant monitoring of models in production environments. You will work closely with our talented engineering teams to design and integrate robust data engineering pipelines that are specifically tailored to support scalable and efficient ML workflows, ensuring data is readily available and in the optimal format for model training and inference.

You will be responsible for clearly articulating your findings, insights, and recommendations to a diverse audience, ranging from highly technical peers to non-technical stakeholders, including founders and executive leadership. The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling narratives is essential for driving alignment and facilitating informed decision-making.
- • Beyond model development, you will play a key role in deploying and maintaining these ML models in production environments. This involves implementing and championing MLOps best practices, ensuring seamless integration, robust monitoring for performance degradation or drift, and establishing processes for continuous improvement and retraining. Your expertise will ensure our deployed models remain effective and reliable over time.

🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning applications, including libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Pandas.
- • Strong SQL skills for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis from various database systems.
- • Solid foundation in statistics and machine learning principles, with a proven understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- • Working knowledge of AWS cloud services relevant to data science and ML workloads (e.g., S3, EC2, SageMaker, EMR).
- • Experience with Databricks for collaborative data science and large-scale data processing.
- • Familiarity with the Azure cloud platform and its machine learning services.
- • Proficiency in PySpark for distributed data processing and analysis on large datasets.
- • Understanding of MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- • Experience with Generative AI technologies and their practical applications is a significant plus.
- • Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience in developing data pipelines is highly desirable.
