  • • Join Ivanti's dynamic Global Deal Desk team as a Senior Deal Desk Specialist, a pivotal role focused on architecting and executing complex, non-standard revenue deals that drive company growth and enhance sales team productivity.
  • • In this advisory capacity, you will be instrumental in proposing viable deal structures that meticulously balance customer needs with the requirements of internal corporate stakeholders, ultimately maximizing revenue and optimizing sales efficiency.
  • • You will serve as a critical liaison, collaborating closely with a diverse array of internal departments, including Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Accounting, Legal, Pricing Strategy, Product Management, and Licensing & Use Verification, to ensure seamless deal closure.
  • • A core responsibility involves working directly with customers, field sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, and executive leadership to provide strategic guidance, identify and resolve customer blockers, and expedite issue resolution.
  • • You will be the central point of contact for bringing together various stakeholders – such as Sales, Contracts, Finance, Legal, Security, and Compliance – to successfully close intricate custom deals.
  • • This role requires active participation in complex contract negotiations, managing the entire approval process, and effectively liaising with all involved internal groups to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • • Exceptional communication skills are paramount, enabling you to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences, from clients and sales management to C-level executives.
  • • You will be tasked with providing insightful business and pricing analysis to strategically prioritize and lead deal construct efforts, continuously optimizing existing processes and developing new, scalable, and repeatable methodologies.
  • • Your contributions will directly support revenue growth by increasing sales activity, acting as a strategic sales partner and a trusted tactical expert in executing complex deal pricing and contractual structures.
  • • You will guide and coach sales teams on the most efficient, best-practice processes and positions to expedite deal approvals, always safeguarding Ivanti’s best interests.
  • • As the subject matter expert on deal constructs, special pricing, operations, and revenue policies, you will be the go-to resource for overcoming obstacles to deal closure and managing other sales escalations.
  • • A key objective is to accelerate deal cycles and maximize revenue by partnering with sales representatives in proposal building, pricing, quote generation, and opportunity management, ensuring profitable and compliant transactions.
  • • You will maintain a comprehensive, holistic view of each deal throughout the contract negotiation phase, proactively driving internal stakeholder discussions and fostering alignment on client concerns or critical business issues that emerge.
  • • This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail in financial and contractual matters, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures to achieve optimal outcomes.
