📋 Description
- • Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives across multiple channels including paid media, email, content, SEO, and partnerships to drive qualified pipeline growth for Employ’s three ATS platforms: Jobvite, Lever, and JazzHR.
- • Develop and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns that align with product roadmaps and sales objectives, using analytics to measure performance and adjust tactics in real time.
- • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with buyer journeys across enterprise, mid-market, and SMB segments.
- • Manage and scale paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic platforms, maximizing ROI through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
- • Own the creation and distribution of high-impact content assets—including whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and landing pages—that nurture leads and support funnel progression.
- • Build and maintain a robust lead scoring and nurturing system integrated with CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure seamless handoff to sales teams.
- • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and refine targeting strategies for maximum impact.
- • Monitor key performance indicators including CAC, LTV, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and pipeline velocity to report on campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve lead quality and reduce funnel leakage by aligning marketing and sales definitions of ideal customer profiles and lead criteria.
- • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • Represent Employ at industry events, webinars, and virtual summits to amplify brand visibility and generate inbound interest through thought leadership and targeted outreach.
- • Maintain strict compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and ensure all campaigns adhere to ethical marketing standards and candidate safety protocols.
- • Leverage AI-powered tools and Companions within Employ’s ecosystem to automate repetitive tasks, enhance personalization at scale, and free up capacity for strategic initiatives.
- • Work closely with global teams to localize demand generation efforts for international markets while maintaining brand consistency and messaging integrity.
- • Track and report on marketing attribution models to demonstrate the contribution of demand gen activities to overall revenue goals and executive KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of proven experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, or growth marketing within SaaS or HR tech
- • Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
- • Expertise in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools
- • Experience scaling demand gen programs for enterprise SaaS products with complex sales cycles
- • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys in talent acquisition or HR technology
