- • As a Senior Design Manager (Art Director) at Risepoint Holdings LLC, you will lead the in-house Creative Design team in translating brand strategy into compelling, insight-led visual storytelling that drives engagement and supports the mission of expanding access to affordable education for working adults across 100+ universities and colleges.
- • You will shape integrated campaigns, champion high craft standards, and mentor emerging design talent while ensuring all creative work is strategically aligned, brand-consistent, and performance-driven across print, digital, and multimedia channels.
- • The Creative Design team at Risepoint delivers end-to-end creative and production support for marketing materials including brochures, infographics, paid media, and event collateral, working closely with brand, content, media, and performance teams to produce visually engaging, accessible, and conversion-focused assets.
- • You will partner with senior creative leadership, Digital Experience (DX), Creative Operations, and Project Management to align on scope, timelines, and priorities, ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality work that meets university partner brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
- • Through structured creative critiques, hands-on art direction, and concept-first problem solving, you will elevate the team’s output from good to exceptional, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement in craft and conceptual thinking.
- • You will mentor and develop designers through actionable feedback, career guidance, and skill-building opportunities, while supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance processes in collaboration with senior leadership.
- • By championing innovative tools, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging platforms, you will expand creative possibilities and accelerate speed to market without compromising quality or brand integrity.
- • You will use performance data, stakeholder feedback, and testing insights to inform creative optimization, identify process improvements, and propose clear paths forward to keep initiatives moving despite complexity or ambiguity.
- • Your leadership will ensure that creative work remains grounded in audience insight, conversion-minded, and aligned with university partner brand platforms, visual identity systems, and strategic business objectives across the full marketing funnel.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art & Design, or a related creative field, or commensurate professional experience
- • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in graphic and/or digital design, preferably within an integrated marketing department
- • Proven experience in creative direction and design leadership for in-house teams, including coaching, feedback, and quality oversight
- • Deep understanding of design fundamentals, brand systems, and scalable design frameworks
- • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with familiarity in Figma and motion tools such as After Effects
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with brand, content, media, and performance teams to align creative with campaign and audience goals
- • Excellent organization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to maintain high standards across a high volume of work
- • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), SharePoint, and Teams
