• • As a Senior Developer Advocate, you will be instrumental in shaping and nurturing our thriving community. You will serve as a primary point of contact, engaging daily with a diverse group of automation, no-code, and open-source enthusiasts. Your role will involve providing advocacy, offering crucial support, delivering educational content, and fostering strong relationships with our most active community members.
• • You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing strategic plans aimed at building, enabling, and sustaining our community. This will involve leveraging a variety of tactics, including organizing and participating in events and meetups, hosting livestreams and webinars, creating engaging video content, writing insightful blog posts and technical articles, developing educational courses, managing our social media presence, and forging strategic partnerships.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to act as the voice of the community, both internally and externally. You will diligently gather feedback, identify emerging trends, and translate these learnings into actionable insights for our engineering, product, and marketing teams, ensuring that community needs are at the forefront of our development and strategy.
• • You will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network, actively seeking out and developing collaboration and co-marketing opportunities with complementary organizations and influencers within the automation and developer ecosystem.
• • This position includes leadership responsibilities, where you will manage a small team consisting of a Junior Developer Advocate and a Support Engineer. There is significant potential for team growth and expansion in the future, offering opportunities to build and lead a larger advocacy function.
• • You will be tasked with monitoring key success metrics for community initiatives, rigorously evaluating the effectiveness of your efforts in achieving defined goals, and making data-driven adjustments to strategy and resource allocation to optimize impact.
