• • As a Senior Developer Advocate, you will be instrumental in shaping and nurturing our rapidly growing community. You will serve as a central point of contact, engaging daily with a diverse community of automation enthusiasts, no-code advocates, and open-source proponents. Your role will involve providing expert advocacy, offering crucial support, delivering educational resources, and fostering strong, lasting relationships with our most active and influential community members.
• • You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing comprehensive strategies to build, enable, and sustain our community. This will involve leveraging a wide array of tactics, including organizing and participating in events, hosting meetups, conducting live streams, producing engaging video content, writing insightful blog posts, developing educational courses, managing our social media presence, and forging strategic partnerships.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to act as the voice of the community, both internally and externally. You will be tasked with gathering valuable feedback, insights, and learnings from community interactions and effectively channeling this information to our engineering, product, and marketing teams, ensuring that community needs and perspectives directly influence product development and strategic decisions.
• • You will play a pivotal role in expanding our partner network, actively seeking out and exploring opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic alliances that can amplify our reach and impact.
• • This position includes leadership responsibilities, where you will manage a small but impactful team, initially comprising a Junior Developer Advocate and a Support Engineer. There is significant potential for team expansion in the future as we continue to grow.
