� Description

• • Own the complete DevOps lifecycle for Hostinger’s multi-product portfolio, acting as the single point of accountability for infrastructure, CI/CD, and operations. You will architect, build, and run the systems that power millions of websites worldwide, ensuring every deployment is fast, safe, and invisible to our customers.
• • Design, implement, and continuously evolve our Terraform-managed infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services. You will codify every resource, enforce security baselines, and enable infrastructure-as-code patterns that let any engineer spin up or tear down environments in minutes, not hours.
• • Operate and enhance containerized applications running on Kubernetes at global scale. You will tune clusters for performance, enforce resource quotas, and roll out zero-downtime releases with Helm, Kustomize, or GitOps workflows. Your dashboards will be the first place anyone looks when latency or error budgets are at risk.
• • Partner daily with backend, frontend, and QA engineers to embed DevOps best practices into every pull request. You will write reusable modules, create golden pipelines, and coach teams on how to ship features without breaking production. When incidents happen, you will lead blameless post-mortems and turn pain points into permanent fixes.
• • Guarantee high availability, observability, and cost-efficiency across every layer of the stack. You will define SLIs/SLOs, wire up Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing, and set up intelligent alerting that wakes the right person at the right time. You will also hunt down idle resources and right-size instances to keep cloud spend predictable.
• • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines so that code flows from commit to production in minutes. You will integrate security scanning, performance tests, and automated rollbacks, giving developers confidence to merge on Friday afternoon and go home for the weekend.
• • Handle production incidents end-to-end: detect, triage, mitigate, and document. You will run war rooms, perform root-cause analysis, and create runbooks that turn tribal knowledge into shared wisdom. Your calm voice on the bridge call will reassure everyone that the issue is under control.
• • Drive relentless automation and self-service capabilities that eliminate manual toil. You will build CLI tools, Slack bots, and internal portals so teams can provision databases, rotate secrets, or scale clusters without opening a ticket. Every script you write frees human creativity for higher-value work.
• • Influence company-wide technical direction by leading cross-team initiatives, sharing knowledge in guilds, and mentoring junior engineers. Your blog posts, brown-bag sessions, and open-source contributions will amplify Hostinger’s reputation as a place where DevOps excellence is the norm.
