• • As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology infrastructure. This role carries direct responsibility for spearheading the design, development, and implementation of robust automation frameworks, establishing stringent infrastructure standards, and managing our cutting-edge cloud services. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our SaaS platform.

• • Key responsibilities will encompass the full lifecycle of our cloud infrastructure, from initial design and provisioning to ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and optimization. You will be tasked with developing and implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistency, repeatability, and version control of our infrastructure.
• • You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster and more reliable software releases. This includes selecting, configuring, and managing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps, and working to streamline the build, test, and deployment processes.
• • Proactive monitoring and alerting will be a core focus. You will be responsible for implementing and refining comprehensive monitoring strategies using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar, to ensure the health, performance, and availability of our applications and infrastructure. This includes setting up meaningful alerts to quickly identify and address potential issues.
• • Security is paramount. You will collaborate with the security team to embed security best practices throughout the infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protecting our sensitive data.
• • You will be a key contributor to our disaster recovery and business continuity planning, developing and testing strategies to ensure resilience in the face of unforeseen events.
• • Troubleshooting and problem-solving complex production issues will be a regular part of your role. You will leverage your deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud technologies to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, minimizing downtime.
• • You will also be involved in capacity planning and performance tuning, ensuring our infrastructure can scale effectively to meet growing user demand and maintain optimal performance levels.
• • Mentoring and guiding junior DevOps engineers and other team members on best practices, tools, and techniques will be an important aspect of this senior role, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
