We are a technology-first startup deeply committed to perfecting the patient and pharmacist experience, fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and deliberate action. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform, contributing to both large-scale projects and independently leading smaller initiatives.
- • You will be instrumental in designing and building the next generation of our core application, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Simultaneously, you will architect and implement incremental upgrades to our existing products, enhancing their performance and user experience. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, requiring you to roll up your sleeves and code modules for infrastructure, applications, and critical processes.
- • Our engineering culture is built on a foundation of shared trust, mutual respect, and a collective drive to succeed. We embrace the 'in this together' mentality, fostering a collaborative environment where challenges are met head-on. We live our company values daily: empathy, simplicity, autonomy, leadership, ownership, burning curiosity, bias for action, and mentorship. We operate with context, not control, empowering our team members to make informed decisions and drive innovation.
- • Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure that can effortlessly meet the demands of our growing customer base. This involves architecting solutions that can handle increased traffic, data volume, and complexity while adhering to the highest security standards.
- • You will manage and enhance our comprehensive monitoring systems for all applications and services, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of potential issues. This includes setting up alerts, dashboards, and performance metrics to maintain optimal system health and user experience.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to provide the necessary infrastructure to support multiple integration environments. You will ensure each environment is consistently set up, configured, and readily available for development, testing, and staging, streamlining the release process.
- • You will be tasked with tracing and resolving complex build problems, release issues, and environmental inconsistencies. This requires a deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle and the ability to diagnose issues across various systems and tools.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and QA, to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with business objectives.
- • You will provide hands-on operational support to engineering teams, ensuring they have the seamless access to environments, tools, and infrastructure required to develop and deploy features rapidly and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting, providing guidance, and automating common operational tasks.
- • This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced startup environment, contributing to a mission that directly improves the lives of millions. You will be at the forefront of reinventing healthcare and pharmacy, creating a legacy that future generations will understand and appreciate.

- • Extensive experience with Docker and container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
