• • In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive experience to provide senior-level DevOps expertise and leadership across all layers of our technology stack. You will be instrumental in evangelizing DevOps, security, and reliability engineering principles, ensuring they are embedded into the fabric of our development processes. Your work will directly contribute to building and maintaining resilient infrastructure across multiple regions and availability zones, ensuring our services are always available and performant.
• • A core focus of your responsibilities will be the design, implementation, and management of compliant, reliable, and feature-rich developer platforms. You will champion container orchestration, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes, to enable seamless application deployment and management. This includes building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and implementing GitOps methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and deployment capabilities are robust and efficient.
• • You will play a critical role in shifting security and testing left in the development lifecycle, enabling our teams to identify and address potential issues early. Facilitating progressive delivery in production will be key to minimizing risk and maximizing deployment success. Furthermore, you will be tasked with measuring and improving developer productivity and experience throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring our engineers have the tools and processes they need to be effective.
• • Cost optimization of our infrastructure will be another significant area of focus. You will achieve this through intelligent rightsizing of resources and the creation of ephemeral, on-demand environments that reduce waste and improve efficiency. Proactive monitoring for security and reliability using advanced Observability tooling, including SIEM, APM, tracing, infrastructure metrics, logs, and dashboards, will be essential to maintaining a secure and stable environment.
